Be Prepared:
Be prepared for all possible weather conditions
sun screen, hat, sun glasses, overcoat, raincoat, umbrella ect.
Bring water, snacks
meals and beverages will be provided to all crew
crew members: no alcohol before cold track on race weekends
Attire:
pit crew
closed toe shoes
long pants
tidy appearance (you are representing the team)
driver / hot pit / over the wall crew
if you will be participating in a race weekend / competition event, you must attend the pre-event team meeting
Bring sanctioning body credentials / membership card
Bring all personal safety equipment to crew vetting / pre-event orientation
be prepared to don your safety equipment for inspection
helmet / balaclava / googles
fire suit / gloves / nomex underware
nomex socks / full coverage shoes
full safety equipment is required for all hot pit / over the wall crew even if not required by the sanctioning body!
