Gateway Classic Cars Chrome and Coffee car show
This is a recurring event.
Usually the 3rd Saturday of the Month. Then event runs from 9 am to 11 am
The team needs volunteers to help with these appearance events. First time volunteers will receive a team tee-shirt. Fuel reimbursement also available. The following positions are requested:
Event staff:
Participate in the event by being present at the team area to greet members of the public. Assist the team member / driver operating the race vehicle. Distribute team promotional items to the public. Maintain the team display area during the event.
Transportation:
Assist the team member / driver operating the race vehicle during the transit from the race shop to the event location before and after the event. For this event the race vehicle is not transported on the trailer and driven to the event. Some additional event equipment also may need transported such as awning, chairs, camera equipment, team promotional items and cooler(s) / staff logistics
A valid drivers license is prefered.
