The forum is brand new but we have made some great upgrades already. Here is a run down.
We’ve got the brand new header up so you have handy links to the website home page and some of the more popular pages at the top.
Next up is the real time chat

Once you are logged in, you can open a private or public chat with a single member or the whole community.
i know its an old post but figured here is where this opinion fits. The forums appearance synced with the site is awesome. Did you pull it off with style sheets?
Is it to hard to read?

You can switch to the light theme
Maybe easier on the eyes and has a cool background
Might be a good time to jump in and round up a few of the cool new features on the website… but first

in no particular order
Team My Race Data event calendar has car shows, races, test days and more
The events show up in the right side menu on desktop and you can click to be forwarded to the event info
Once at the event page, you can see information about the venue, a map and you can click to show interested, going or not going
That one is for the Super Tour at Sebring and you can see where I’ve starred interested. When I decide if I’m going I can click going or not going so the team can check my status
The forum now has a new default dark layout to match the rest of the website but if you prefer a lighter layout, you can use the theme switcher in the bottom left corner on desktop.
The light version has a cool background of a GT and a prototype I shot at the 2011 12 hours during practice.
We hope both themes are useful but feel free to comment on them
If you don’t like either theme, you can create your own as well.
We are working on getting the chat working from anywhere on the site but for now while you are in the forum you can tap the chat bubble on the top right of the header bar
The chat is really nice with lots of feature and is fully encrypted so DMs are private between team members
works for me in both.
