Chat
The online race services provide a mobile friendly fully encrypted private chat. The interface is similar in look and function to Whatsapp or Discord. Team members can provide channels for all team members or channels for specific groups or individuals. The chat is fully searchable from within the interface so users can quickly find important posts. Images, web links and more can be dropped in the chat. An all new experimental voice chat is currently being tested.
Calendar
A team member only online calendar with events, notifications and RSVPs which can be linked to a mobile device’s calendar or accessed from anywhere with web access. Events can have maps, images, web links and an RSVP functionality which allows members to indicate going, interested or not going providing planners with attendance numbers.
Online portal
A private online member only mobile friendly discussion forum and web interface for announcements, documentation and governance. The portal provides access to the calendar for creating events, threaded discussions and announcements. A publicly viewable area is also available for communicating with the outside world. Posts can include images, links, maps and surveys.
Membership administration
Membership can be controlled by invitation only inclusion administered by an individual or group. Tiered membership and banning or silencing members possible. Announcements, events and topic authoring and replies can be controlled though tiered membership.
Team Marketing
With what is required to run a racing program finding time or budget for marketing the team can be difficult. My Race Data online race services provide teams with easy to use marketing capabilities. Even a small team can now have an online presence requiring no computer skills. Teams are provided with a publicly viewable home page with social media friendly platform integration.

Teams are provided with a team ‘home page’ which is viewable to anyone anywhere with internet access. An extremely easy to use page creation with no computer skills needed. Home page can include images and links to other websites including YouTube video embedding. A team home page can be up in minutes, is searchable on popular internet searches and can be easily changed to announce new events and team news.
