This is the Osee T7 7" Ultra Bright daylight viewable FHD DSLR Camera Field Monitor. The Osee T7 is rated at 3000 Nits of brightness. The Osee T7 was chosen because we needed a field monitor that would work in broad daylight at track side while streaming racing events. The operator needs to easily be able to see the subject is properly framed and in focus.
Does the Osee T7 field monitor stand up to these requirements? In a word, yes, and then some. Turned up to maximum brightness in sunny South Florida summer sunshine, the monitor can be easily seen. The picture is crystal clear, like looking thru the view finder of the camera. The Osee T7 has 1200:1 contrast ratio meaning the image is sharp and crisp. Overall I am very impressed with how the images on screen look.
The T7 has 4K HDMI Input and Output. The HDMI input and output on the back side of the monitor are full size HDMI ports. A short cable is included for both full size HDMI as well a another cable for mini HDMI to HDMI. I replaced the input cable with a coil cable. (shown below, not included with the monitor)

I have not yet plugged the output into anything so I will update this review after I do.
The Osee T7 came with a ball head mount. I felt it was sufficient to hold the monitor but also looked a little flimsy. So I also ordered a SmallRig field monitor mount. ($25 usd 2nd quarter 2025)

SmallRig makes some top notch camera gear and I had confidence this mount would be an excellent piece of kit, and it did not disappoint.
The Osee T7 did not include a battery. The monitor uses NP-F style camera batteries which I think are for Sony cameras. (I’m a Canon guy) The NP-F style batteries come in many different sizes from 2900 mAh all the way up to 7800 mAh. This rating is the capacity of the battery and higher mAh means runs longer without a charge. I got two 2900 mAh batteries which came with a little charger for $34 usd. One battery ran the monitor for over two hours straight in the first test so battery usage seems acceptable.
The Osee T7 also came with a power adaptor with a threaded D-tap Cable. The Osee T7 has a threaded D-tap input on the back side. There is also a on/off switch on the back.
